DAY 1
The Cape is best viewed from the lookout near the start of the Bushrangers Bay walking track. From the car park, a track with an elaborate staircase and board walk give access to the basalt platforms.

The Board walk can be a twenty minute loop from the Kiosk in the Carpark or one hour down to the rock pools. This is where you will see rough-surfaced shore platforms and the waves that crash over them add their touch of drama. Partly eroded stacks, such as Pulpit Rock and Elephant Rock , are remnants of thick basalt.


DAY 2
The following morning why not pack a bag with a picnic lunch and head off to Bushrangers Bay. While you are enjoying the tranquillity of this special place you may see the kangaroos hopping over the hills behind you, or as you sit by the water the Great Southern Right Whale just might surface to say hello along with the seals and dolphins.





DAY 3
On your final day here you might like to walk to Fingal Beach, again taking in some magical views. If you have enough energy left, you can also walk the clifftops to Gunnamatta Surf Beach.
